We strive to ensure all employee orders are processed quickly and delivered in great condition. Please review our shipping guidelines below:

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is received.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

  • Standard shipping is used for all orders unless otherwise specified.

  • Typical delivery times are 3–7 business days, depending on destination.

  • Tracking information will be provided by email once your order has shipped.

In-Store Pickup (if applicable)

  • Employees may choose in-store pickup at designated Cloud 9 locations (if offered).

  • You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are based on weight, size, and destination.

  • In-store pickup is free of charge.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at ecloud9ad@gmail.com within 7 daysof delivery.

  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or arrange a replacement.
